Result of Artist made Recycled Tree competition
January 8, 2010Maiuko won £100 prize for the favourite tree.
Mrs A Williams won 2 vouchers to a show at the Quarterhouse.
I would like to thank Cheryl Papasian for all her help and all the artists who took part for making it such a great success. The diverse selection of recycled trees was inspiring to all those who saw them. Thank you Lucy Gradidge for your support. Also thanks must go to the Creative Foundation for providing the prizes and venue that made it all possible.
To Artists making Trees
November 25, 2009If your Tree is finished please deliver it to (J.G.s Amusements)
3- 9 Tontine St. Folkestone, Kent. CT20 1JT.
Friday 27th Nov 4.30pm to 6.30pm or
Saturday 28th Nov 10.00am to midday
This will be in time for the Lights Switch On.
However if your tree is not finished yet it is fine do not worry.
We will arrange more delivery days nearer to the deadline of 10th Dec.
This will be in time for Late Night Shopping in the Creative Quarter.

They must be between 4ft and 8ft in height, free standing and light weight.
Use your imagination!
Together they will create a forest of artist made trees in
(J.G.s Amusements) 3-9 Tontine Street
£100 prize for the Winner

2 tickets for a show at the Quarterhouse
for the draw of people who vote
Open Studio 27th November 5pm – 8pm
November 23, 2008Creative Quarter open evening on 27th November – an opportunity to look around the shops, galleries and retail spaces and to have a glass or two of wine. In addition many of the Creative Quarter businesses will be opening late on Thursdays from 27th November up until Christmas from 5pm to 8pm.
Featured Artists in the P@ints Studio are Anne Seller with her artist made books and Sheran Baker with her tea bag bats.
